Important Update for Job Seekers: MinnesotaWorks.net Is Retiring June 10, 2026

As of May 20, 2026, Unemployment Insurance applicants are no longer required to create an account on MinnesotaWorks.net as part of their work search plan. Instead, applicants will now complete this step by creating an account on CareerForce.MN.gov. 

MinnesotaWorks.net will officially retire on June 10, 2026. After this date, you will no longer have access to any resumes stored on that site. 

If you have resumes saved on MinnesotaWorks.net, be sure to download and save them to your phone, laptop, or other device as soon as possible so you don’t lose your information.
